Desktop windows provide easy access to files, folders, programs, and other features of Windows.   You close or minimize a window by using the standard window controls in the upper-right corner. When you minimize a window, it shrinks with an animated effect to a button in the Taskbar. Turn off window animation. Minimize all windows at once.   Make folders open in a single window. Suspend single window mode.
